HOW TO ORDER
Purchase the listing and send us a clear image of your logo, mascot or design through messages.
Please include any specific color requests or design details you would like us to follow.
Some highly detailed designs may need to be simplified slightly in order to translate properly into a handmade glitter patch.
PROOF APPROVAL
A digital mockup will be sent through Etsy Messages for your approval before your patch is made.
Please watch your Etsy messages after ordering.
If we do not receive a response, we will send one additional message requesting approval. If there is still no response after the second attempt, your patch will be made using the mockup provided and shipped without final approval so your order is not delayed.
TURNAROUND TIME
Custom patches have a turnaround time of up to 4 weeks.
